Job description:

1.     The Endoscopy Center of Queens (TECQ) *is actively seeking a Director of Nursing to join our elite team. This state-of-the-art endoscopy ambulatory surgical center located in the heart of Astoria, Queens, features three procedure rooms. This is a working position where you will be directly involved with patient care. The Director of Nursing

1.     Manage and mentor nursing staff including training

2.     Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures

3.     Collaborates with the anesthesiologists and gastroenterologist providers

4.     Knowledge of accreditation standards

5.     Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations

6.     Participates in the Quality Improvement Program

7.     Responsible for the nursing care received and ensure that high standards of care are maintained

8.     This is a working position where you will be directly involved with patient care

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday with some Saturdays No Sundays

1.     Job Type: Full-time*

2.     Salary: $145,000 - $170,000*

5.     Bachelor’s degree in nursing required – MSN preferred

6.     Active New York State Registered Nurse License

7.     Minimum of 5 years of RN experience

8.     Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership

9.     Ambulatory Surgical experience preferred

Pay: $145,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
